Hi to sweet Doug!!! I will be so interested to hear what you think -- it's one of those episodes where I felt like I could go in 7 million directions, lol. Had to keep myself on topic! I know you probably understand the podcasting struggle 😅

You have done a great job of providing a good, understandable summary of what anti-diet culture "is;" what it represents in terms of the freedom to be who we are, how we determine what our own definition of a healthy life may be, and that being healthy is so much more than following a prescription for "good" nutrition. Thank you!

Oh thank you, Karen! It's always so hard to distill down in a post, but I'm glad it was helpful and clarifying at the least. Grateful to have you here xoxox

This episode is so helpful especially as I’m learning and applying anti-diet approach to my life more and more (I even took a lot of screenshot of the transcript as a future reminder when things get hard hahaa).

Another concept I think would be a good podcast episode is about HAES and what health promoting behavior without dieting really means, or if you’ve already done an episode about this please feel free to direct me to it. I’m ready to listen right away!

Your work has helped me so much and I can never thank you enough.
